Question is, if Smith and his minion are correct in that the letter
has no authority then why are they concerned and say they will appeal
fight and correct, what Echohawk states is a simple matter of factual
law, the 1898 Curtis act abolished the Cherokee Nation and it remains
so today, plain and simple, I can say I told you so, and been telling
you for years, CNOT is NOT the Cherokee Nation.
